| 2. | How do I go about ordering your business solutions? A. Click on the "Order" button associated with the solution you are interested in. B. Download the order form, which is in PDF format (you'll need Adobe® Reader). C. Print it out. D. Complete the form. E. Mail it to us (to the address stated in the form) together with your cheque payment. F. We will contact you for confirmation of the order. |
| 3. | How am I billed? When you order any of our products or services, you will have to mail us the order form together with a cheque as payment. Unless specified, our billing is on a yearly basis. For renewals of our solutions, we will contact you. |

| 5. | How long do I have to wait before I can use your solutions? Depending on the solutions you have ordered from us, it will generally take less than 4 working days. Please refer to the following list for more details.
Car Solutions Packages Express: You will be able to use your account once payment has been received.
Premium: Once payment has been received, it will take between one to two weeks for us to register your domain, obtain the web space, and install your website.
Deluxe: Once payment has been received, it will take between one to two weeks for us to register your domain, obtain the web space, and install your website. It will take another one to two weeks to produce a customized web design and online branding, depending on the complexity of the project. We will keep you notified on each stage we are in. As it is a custom project, we will require your constant feedback while we work on your project, so that we can give you exactly what you want.
Web Presence Packages Balance: Once payment has been received, it will take between one to two weeks for us to register your domain, obtain the web space, and install your website.
Elegant & Perfect: Once payment has been received, it will take between one to two weeks for us to register your domain, obtain the web space, and install your website. It will take another one to two weeks to produce a customized web design and online branding, depending on the complexity of the project. We will keep you notified on each stage we are in. | 6. | What are cash rebates? Cash rebate is what we would give you in cash or discount (according to your preference), should you continue your second year with us. |
| 7. | How do I use the Car Mall Account?
a) Logging in- If your home page has a Log-in link, click on that link and proceed to Step 2. If your home page has a Log-in box, see Step 2.
- Enter your username and password in the proper boxes and click "Log In".
b) Searching for your listings- Log in.
- Click on "My Listings" under "Listings Menu" and you will see a list of all your listings.
- Click on the page number to change pages. (Maximum 20 listings on each page)
c) Adding a new listing- Log in.
- Click on "My Listings" under Listings Menu and you will see a list of all your listings.
- Click on "Create Listing".
- Fill in the fields, required fields have a * in front. Click "Save".
- You will see this "Your listing was successfully saved. Go back to your listing". Click on "Go back to your listing".
- Click on "Add Image". You will see an Add Image screen
- Click on "Browse". You will then be able to select any image (in jpg format). Fill in the Caption Name and Description if required. Caption Name refers to the text that is directly below the picture and should be short. Description refers to the information you want your clients to see when they see this picture and can be as long as you want. Fill in the Image Rank. Image rank is the position of your image. Your main image must be ranked as 1. Additional images of the same listing should be ranked as 2, 3, 4 and so on.
- Click "Save Image".
d) Editing an existing listing- Log in.
- Click on "My Listings" under Listings Menu and you will see a list of all your listings.
- Click on the page number to change pages. (Maximum 20 listings on each page)
- Click on the "Edit" button beside the listing you wish to edit.
- Make any changes you want.
- Click "Save".
e) Remove an existing listing- Log in.
- Click on "My Listings" under Listings Menu and you will see a list of all your listings.
- Click on the page number to change pages. (Maximum 20 listings on each page)
- Click on the "Delete" button beside the listing you wish to delete.
- You will see this "Are you sure you wish to delete this listing?" Click on "Yes" to delete.
- You will then see this "The listing was successfully deleted."
f) Hide or Show a listing- Log in.
- Click on "My Listings" under Listings Menu and you will see a list of all your listings.
- Click on the page number to change pages. (Maximum 20 listings on each page)
- If the listing has a "Hide" button, it means that the listing is currently visible to the public. Click on "Hide" to hide it from the public. If the listing has a "Show" button, it means that the listing is currently hidden from the public. Click on "Show" to show it to the public

| 8. | How can I terminate my account? Over here at ASF, we pride ourselves with being able to provide the best personalized services, even when you choose not to continue with us. You will still be able to use your package for the period you have paid for. We will still send you reminder(s) to renew your package. Should you choose not to renew, simply ignore the reminder(s) and your account would be terminated. There is no need for any official letter of termination, though we would accept it if you choose to send it. |
| 9. | Is there any refund? Due to the non-refundable nature of domain name and web hosting subscription, we would not be able to provide any form of refunds. However, you will still be able to use your package for the period you have paid for. |
